DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer, whose details are provided below.

1. PARTIES

BUYER

A real or legal person who makes purchases through the website and whose information is entered in the order form.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCT / SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

  • Quantity
  • Sale price
  • Price including VAT
  • Shipping fee (if any)
  • Payment method

This information is located on the order confirmation screen and has been accepted by the Buyer.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • Product prices are the prices advertised on the site.
  • All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL).
  • Payment is made using the method selected during the order.
  • Orders for which payment approval has not been received will not be processed.

5. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY METHOD

  • Orders are shipped via cargo companies.
  • Delivery time is 1-3 business days after payment approval.
  • International shipping is available. Contact should be made for details.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 Withdrawal Period

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product.

6.2 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Food products with opened packaging
  • Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
  • Herbal tea and beverage products whose packaging has been opened by the consumer

(In accordance with Law No. 6502 and related regulations)

6.3 Withdrawal Notification

The right of withdrawal must be notified to the Seller in writing or through a durable data carrier.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer (except for defective products).
  • After return approval, the refund will be processed within 10 days according to the payment method.

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case the delivered product is defective;

  • The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller of the situation.
  • A cargo damage report must be kept.
  • For defective products, return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Buyer is obliged to enter their order information completely and accurately.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
  • The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays arising from force majeure.

10. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer's personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK Illumination Text and Cookie Policy.

11. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes that may arise from this agreement;

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees
  • Consumer Courts

are authorized.

12. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement electronically and placed an order.

This agreement becomes effective upon order confirmation.
