MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically between BİOŞARJ BİTKİ KARIŞIMLARI ("Company") and the user who is a member of the site ("Member").

1. PARTIES

A natural or legal person who is a member of the Site and shares the information declared in the membership form.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions under which the Member benefits from the Site and to regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

  • The Member accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate and current.
  • The Site cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from providing false or incomplete information.
  • Membership is free.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER

  • The Member agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and general morality.
  • The Member is responsible for the security of their username and password.
  • Membership information cannot be shared with third parties.
  • The Member is personally responsible for the transactions performed through the Site.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE

  • The Site may temporarily or permanently cease its services at any time.
  • The Site has the right to suspend or cancel membership if the Member acts contrary to the agreement.
  • The Site cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to technical malfunctions and force majeure.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, design, logo, text and visuals on the Site belong to BİOŞARJ or are used under license.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction and use are prohibited.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

8. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

  • The Member may terminate their membership at any time.
  • The Site may unilaterally terminate membership when deemed necessary.
  • Termination of membership does not extinguish the accrued rights and obligations of the parties.

9. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

The Site reserves the right to amend this agreement.
Updates take effect on the date they are published on the site.

10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Turkish Law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement.
Eskişehir courts and consumer arbitration committees are authorized and competent.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

The Member declares that by becoming a member of the site, they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this agreement.

This agreement enters into force upon the creation of membership.
