Add 1 teaspoonof the mixture to200 mlof water.
If you are using a Bioşarjbrewing bottle(450 ml), it is recommended to add2-3 teaspoons, and if you are using a650 ml(Performance) bottle, add
3-4 teaspoons.Brew for at least5-10 minutesat approximately70°C.If you are using a bottle;you can continue to brew the leaves until you finish your drink, refreshing it by adding hot water throughout the day.
